Meet Mike
A dedicated student of somatic therapy, Mike began his journey with Rolfing in 2016. Mike has always nurtured an interest in physiology, health, sports and the practices of injury prevention. He studied kinesiology & biomechanics at Moraine Valley Community College before graduating from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2021. As an elite tumbling coach with 10+ years of experience, he has an innate ability to give clients a new vocabulary & perspective on what it means to be in their bodies.
